Introduction:
The provided table details the proportion of residents in a specific town who cycled in the year 2011, categorised by five distinct age brackets and separated by gender.

Overview:
Overall, it is immediately apparent that cycling was most prevalent among children and teenagers, with participation rates decreasing significantly as age increased. Furthermore, females consistently represented a higher percentage of cyclists across all age groups compared to males.

Body Paragraph 1:
The youngest demographic, aged 0 to 9, showed the highest engagement in cycling. Just over half of all females in this category rode bicycles at 51.4 percent, closely followed by males at 50.3 percent. The 10 to 17 age group also demonstrated substantial participation, particularly among girls at 42.2 percent, whereas the proportion of boys cycling was notably lower at 24.6 percent.

Body Paragraph 2:
In contrast, adult participation was considerably reduced. For the 18 to 39 bracket, the figures dropped to 17.1 percent for women and 9.7 percent for men. Cycling hit its lowest point among the 40 to 59 age group, with only 12.3 percent of females and a mere 8.0 percent of males partaking. Interestingly, there was a slight resurgence in the 60 and over category, with 18.5 percent of women and 13.2 percent of men choosing to ride bicycles.
