A user can get a maximum emergency balance of Taka 200. Customers can use their Emergency Balance to make phone calls and send SMS messages. The Emergency Balance will not be charged for incoming SMS, monthly subscription fees, or data consumption.

How to Check the Amount of Your Robi Sim Balance?
Robi is the country’s second largest mobile network operator. To check your Robi balance amount Just dial USSD Code *222# From Your Robi Sim.
Robi emergency balance service is available to all qualified Robi prepaid clients up to Tk. 100.

To obtain the Emergency Balance, Dail *123*007#. (Free of Charge)
A user can get a Minimum emergency balance of Taka 12 and more, an SMS notification cost of BDT 2.00 (excluding VAT, SD, and SC) is charged.
This Balance amount can be used for any phone calls or SMS.

Teletalk Bangladesh Limited is the country’s sole state-owned mobile network provider.
To check the balance of your Teletalk account, dial *152#.
You will get a popup notification on your smartphone device with the current balance.
With the Emergency Balance Service, Teletalk customers can access loans and mobile operator services even when their balance is 0.
