Whatever people normally eat to live is called food.
In short, food is the raw material of our body.
In particular, the things which satisfy our hunger, fulfill the decay and ensure growth, control the internal functions of the body to keep the body healthy, strong and active also produce temperature in the body is called food.

What is Health?
Health is the root of all happiness. There is a saying that “Health is wealth”. Several things are related to health such as physical condition, ability to work, mental condition, immunity etc. By visualizing somebody, we can not guess someone’s physical condition.
Generally, we think that a fat body indicates good health and a slim body indicates ill health. But sometimes the large people can do very little work, they become tired, look pale, and have sleeping difficulties whereas the opposite can be noticed in the case of slim people.
According to the world health organization the definition of health is “ Health is the satisfactory physical, mental, social condition which is free from sickness or weakness”
In conclusion we can say food, nutrition and health are interrelated. So, it is essential to know about food and nutrition to keep in good health.
