Any kind of work effort or initiative can be termed as entrepreneurship. To make it more clear let me give you an example, let’s assume, your brother’s birthday is almost near. You want to throw a surprise party. Planning a surprise party is not an easy task. Idea of throwing a surprise party, this is one kind of entrepreneurship. In a word, taking the first step of a work is called entrepreneurship. It can be on anything.
On the other hand, any kind of business is also the outcome of the initiative of an individual or a group. But, business entrepreneurship is identifying the business concept, establishing the business and operating it successfully. In particular, business entrepreneurship means setting up a business with a view to making profit knowing the inherited risk of loss and successfully maintaining the business.
So, we can say, Entrepreneurship can be for anything, on the contrary Business entrepreneurship is the investment of money and labor to earn profit knowing the presence of risk.
